Kyma Suite
The room that gave the villa its name. A hand-forged iron bed, warm lamplight and a balcony that opens straight onto the blue of the Saronic Gulf.
Galazio
Morning sun through wooden shutters, crisp white linen and a door that opens straight onto the terrace. Simple, bright and calm.
Asteria
From the wooden balcony you look over the pool to the sea: breakfast in the sun, and a sky full of stars at night.
Galini
Beneath a whitewashed arch, two single beds and a little round table: ideal for the kids of the family or two friends sharing.
Folia
French doors open onto a sunny stone terrace framed by cypress trees. A cosy nest for two, with its own little table for morning coffee outdoors.

When you book Villa Kyma, no other guests stay with you. Every bedroom, the pool, the jacuzzi and every terrace are only for your group.

Can I book just one room?
No. Villa Kyma is rented as a whole, so your group always has the entire villa, pool and jacuzzi to itself, with no other guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure can often be arranged. Just ask us in advance.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send us your dates through “Check availability”. We reply with availability and price, and a 50% deposit by bank transfer confirms your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before arrival and your deposit can be refunded. For later cancellations, please see our Terms & Conditions.
Can I bring a baby or a pet?
A cot can be provided in most rooms on request. Pets are welcome only after prior agreement with us.
How do I get to Villa Kyma?
Ferries to Aegina leave Piraeus port every hour (about 40 minutes by fast boat). From Aegina town, the villa is a short drive. We’ll send you directions after booking.
